Book Club Discussion Questions
- Do you find yourself gravitating to a certain story or chapter? If so, which one(s)? What parts of the story/chapter attracted you? The plot, the characters, the setting? Or something else?
- My story, “Love Happily Ever After” was in Chapter 1. It was focused on female friendships and how love carries us through our lives. Were you more interested in reading the “feel-good” stories or the stories with more action? Why?
- Food is involved in many of the stories. What stories with food interested you? Would you eat any of the food items discussed?
- Did you have a favorite title? Did the story keep your interest based on the title?
- Did you learn something from any of the stories? If so, what did you learn and what surprised you about the story, setting, or time period?
